Founded in 2001 by Jules Walters and Joe Walters, Face Time Marketing is a full service marketing and small business consulting agency located in Portland, Oregon.

Jules and Joe met on their first day at The University of San Francisco in 1992 and the two have been collaborating ever since. From building their business, helping others build theirs, raising four great kids, volunteering in the community and enjoying friends and family, they’ve learned what happens when you combine your passion with hard work. The answer is great success.
